The Studios are all on the first floor with access via stairs from Black Swan Courtyard
Spaces are available individually or as a suite

Rent is charged monthly and payable in advance, inclusive of all costs excluding electricity and telecommunications
Please note that these spaces are for use by creative industry only

Newcastle Arts Centre Trust manages a series of restored buildings surrounding Black Swan Courtyard which are occupied by creative and commercial industries. Amongst these are a series of private studio spaces available for artists to rent on a monthly basis.
