Join the award winning pastel artist Fiona Carvell for this introductory session on soft pastels!
Create your own atmospheric Winter landscape in soft pastel. Working from reference material, with detailed demonstration and guidance, we will explore snow scenes working with coloured papers to create depth and texture. Suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience of pastel.
As a Unison Colour Associate Artist, during this course you will be working with Unison Colour soft pastels. Unison Colour Pastels are handmade in Northumberland, highly pigmented, lightfast and versatile.
Perfect for beginners and those with some drawing experience — you’ll enjoy expert guidance, creative inspiration, and the satisfaction of completing your own still-life studies to take home.
