Join us for this full day printmaking course! You might find Tetra Pak in your kitchen, containing your juice or milk. Aside from being a great packaging material however, Tetra Pak also makes for a brilliant printing plate! Tetra Pak has an inner foil, that when cut and peeled away, provides a rough surface perfect for holding ink.
During this course, you will learn not to throw out your juice cartons and instead, keep and cut them into beautiful printing plates!
Please bring any printed images you would like to work from for inspiration – and if you have any juice or milk cartons, bring them along too! This is a printmaking course and will get messy, so please wear clothes you do not mind getting inky.
All abilities welcome.
