This is a four-part evening course on:
Wednesdays, July 1st, 8th, 15th & 29th (1 week gap between last session for glazing)
6 – 9 pm
Looking at historical art and craft from medieval icons to Staffordshire figurines, we’ll design a figure to build in clay!
Exploring tips and tricks for sculpting smaller scale body parts and facial features, as well as textures for hair, skin, animal fur and clothing.
In the final session you’ll learn how to apply coloured slips, glaze and ceramic pencils to decorate your figures!
